If you struggle to get to a balanced position at the finish, remember this three-word tip: Kiss the knees. As you swing down and shift your weight to your left leg your right knee should begin to turn inward, toward the target and get closer to your left knee. Your left leg should be braced and stable, and you should be up on the toes of your right foot as a result of this powerful lower-body move. If you kiss your knees, you’ll be able to hold your finish for power and control.
