Slicers need to learn how to make a proper release through impact.
Without a club, get in your set-up position with your arms extended and palms facing each other. Swing your right arm to the top and then back down as if you were simulating a downswing. Slap your left hand over so that its palm faces up.
That’s the proper release with the arms. Repeat this drill often to ingrain the feel.
